    This course comprises a blend of delivery styles to ensure that all delegate learning patterns are catered for: oral, visual & kinesthetic. You will engage in applied theory, discussion and practice to the subject matter with modules following a format of: introduction of a topic, discussion of the topic to aid theoretical understanding and to place the topic within the organisation and current need. To assist understanding, real world examples will be used and referred to throughout. The practical application of the elements discussed is a key part of building your confidence and is used to great effect throughout.
