For efficient work in the upstream business E&P lawyers need a comprehensive overview on geological and technical aspects as well as economics. Vice versa, engineers and finance experts should have a basic understanding of the system of upstream contracting. This course is designed for you to gain basic and practice related background-knowledge on a variety of typical onshore upstream contracts.
