The Experienced Manager Program (MAN41)


    As you carry out your role as a manager or supervisor you may be faced with problems and situations which are not straightforward to resolve. You may need to deal with people who are not performing well or, on the other hand, have excellent people who you do not want to demotivate or even lose by over-loading them. Getting consistent results from your team is never easy.

    This course is run as a clinic to which experienced managers bring their issues and problems for the tutor and course members to help them resolve.

    This program assumes some knowledge of all topic areas and concentrates on refining insights and dealing with issues and problems experienced.
