Computer Fee: 250 EUR + VAT

Description

This petrophysical imaging course skills participants in the fundamentals, application and integration of core computed tomography (CT) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) imaging.
The course covers both basic and advanced applications from basic core depth shift considerations to core orientation and differentiation of rock fluid interactions. The physics, equipment and data processing for CT and NMR measurements are reviewed and applied in practical reservoir characterisation and recovery examples.

Course Level: Skill
Instructor: Jim Funk

Designed for you, if you are...

  • A geologist, geophysicist, reservoir engineer or petrophysicist recommending or directing core analysis measurements
