Being organised to use past events and experience to improve performance is a key step in the continuous improvement loop. It is therefore an essential aspect of the H2SE management system. This course describes all the tools used to "bottom-up" the information and how this information is analysed according to the nature of the event. It also describes how analysis and communication is carried out with the work force in order to improve their performance and to better protect them in their work.
